Raju Gari Gadhi Movie Review

Omakar Annaya is known to all Telugu people by his dancing shows. He once was an organizer as well as anchor of own shows. Later he holds Megaphone and started directing movies. His first movie didn’t gone well. So with lots of hopes his latest movie “Raju Gari Gadhi” a horror comedy is releasing today. R. Divakaran & S Praveen are producers of the movie.

Story:-

As per the title there was a palace in Nandima which was haunted. In the process of finding out the truth many have lost their lives. Ignoring these signs of danger, a channel plans a reality show there to increase the TRP.

They selected a group of youngsters and place a challenge to spend a week there. Whoever wins will be paid with a huge amount of 3crs. So for the sake of money those youngsters agreed, but did anyone completed the challenge is to be known in the theaters.

Positive Points:-

In these kinds of movies two things will be deciding factors, first one is that either the comedy should be hilarious or the suspense and horror should be gripping. Here in this movie the comedy track clicked and turned to be the main plus point of the movie. Shakalaka Shnakar & Dhanraj were turned to be trump cards with their nice comedy timing.

Omkar’s brother Ashwin and Dhanaya Balakrishna were also good at their characters. The complete first half of the movie of a laugh riot where the second half is filled with suspense.

Negative Points:-      

Second half of the movie is a bit minus for the movie, as after a hilarious first half the track of the movie suddenly shifts to serious mode. People will dislike the sudden change in the tempo.

In the second half Omkar failed to reveal the suspense in a perfect way, as they were revealed in a quite simple mode. In last Saptagiri character was wasted as he was not used properly.

Technical Dept:-

In technical department the credit should go to the Palace designer. The palace looks very nice in horrible way. Music by Sai Karthik is just average but  the background score is very gripping and apt for the movie.

Omkar’s direction is very nice in the first half, however he would have done better in the second half. Screen play is also good, he managed to carry the comedy tempo throughout the first half.

Verdict:-

Overall a nice time pass movie, one can easily enjoy for the money worth. The movie is a must watch movie in this holiday time. One would come out with a nice mood.
