Hero
Srikanth’s son Roshan is making his debut with Nirmala Convent movie.
You may think what is great in it, but the person who is launching him is
Nagarjuna and he is not an ordinary movie maker. He is producing this movie and
also playing a crucial role in the movie. This movie released today. Let’s see
how the movie is.
Story:
Samuel
(Roshan) is a teenage boy who is studying 11th standard in Nirmala
convent. He is from a poor family. In the same school Shanti (Shriya) a girl
from royal family is also studying. As it is ment to be happen, both the hero
and heroine became friends and eventually fell in love with each other.
Till here it
is a smooth run, now when their story heard in their house, fight between the
families started. Samuel challenged Shanti’ father for her hand, now rest of
the movie is, how Shanthi and Samuel won their love back.
Positive Points:
The main
plus point of the movie is its innocence. The lead pair played by Roshan and
Shanti has showed some extra ordinary acting skills. Their innocent acting will
win hearts of the audience. Roshan is doing his first movie and he didn’t even
struggled in giving smallest of expression. Shanti used her experience as child
artist and showcased a brilliant performance.
The
film picks up a good pace from the second part right after Nagarjuna’s entry.
The game show, Nagarjuna’s performance elevate the film to a decent level. Post interval the movie pick up the
tempo and will have a suspense element. First is decent with many cute love
track between lead pair.
Negative
Points:
As the movie
is on poor and rich love story, it is a very familiar and age old concept.
First half of the movie is bit slow compared to the second half. There are few
scenes which will feel overboard and will bore you. Love track would have been
trimmed a bit.
The
challenge game part is very predictable and will l not impress you that much.
Tecnhnical
Dept:
First
appreciation goes to Nagarjuna in this segment, as the production values of the
movie are at top notch. Screenplay is very good and so as the editing. Dialogs
were written well. Music by Roshan Salur is very impressive, his back ground
score is also very nice.
Coming to
the director Naga Koteswara Rao, he has done a
decent job with the film. He does not go in to the commercial way and narrates
the film in a simple and decent tone. He scores points for the showcasing the film in a thrilling
manner during the last 15 minutes.
Verdict:
Overall
it’s a decent movie. Youth will enjoy
the movie to the most but family audience will feel the movie as a wrong
teaching to kids. Both leading pairs acting and Nagarjuna’s presence made the
movie a treat to watch. As it was said by Nag it is indeed a refreshing love
story.
