Son Of Satyamurthy Movie Review

One of the most awaited & hiked movie of the year “S/O Satyamurthy” finally released today. This Trivikram directional created lots of buzz around. This is because of the Hit trio of ‘Julay’- Bunny, Trivikram & Devi have came together once again for this movie. This movies star cast is very long, as many senior & young actors have occupied the roles. Besides Bunny, Rajendra Prasad, Upendra, Sneha, Brahmanandam & Ali can be seen, where as to fill the glamour gap Samantha, Adah Sharma & Nitya menon are sharing the screen. 

Content:-

Satya Murthy (Prakash Raj) is rich businessman. He believes more in moral Values rather than in money value. His son Veraj Anand (Allu Arjun) lives in abroad & spending his time in luxury. He returns to India when his father Satya murthy dies. Due to his father’s dept, his family faces many problems. Veraj clears all the debts & start a new business of wedding planning with help of his friend. He was earlier engaged with Pallvai (Adah Sharma), but they split up due to family problems. In the marriage of Pallavi, he met Sameera (Samantha) & both fell in love with each other. Now comes the twist when Veraj came to know about Sameera’s family land is occupied by Devaraj (Upendra).

How he claimed the land back? Who is Nitya menon? Is rest of the story

Performances:-

When we talk about performences first comes our hero Allu Arjun. What can we say about this young energetic star? He just gave his soul in to the movie. We can see only the character of Veraj Anand in the movie, that much convincingly he acted in the movie. As usual he is brilliant in all the departments like dancing, fighting…etc. The three glamour dolls have only limited scenes to do. In that Samantha is sexy & beautiful, her romatic scenes with Bunny are refreshing. Adah Sharma is bubbly & cute, she have nothing to do much in the movie. Nitya menon also have some limited scenes but in that, she gave a tough competition to Bunny.

Now we should talk about Kannada Star Upendra, he is just brilliant in his Character. He took the movie to a another level. Sampat Raj played a critical role in the movie & he gave his best in that. Other characters like Rajendra Prasad , Ali, Brahmi as usual comfortable with their given roles.

Technical Dept:

In tech dept, mainly we should notice that the richness & classic nature of the movie for that Cinematographer Prasad Murella used his talent to the best. His camera captured everything in a beautiful way. Another main asset of the movie is Devi Sri’s music. Song are not only tuned well but also shoot well. Peter hein composed action sequences are nice & stylish. When we comes to direction it is one of the best of Trivikram. He impressed with his taking in sentimental scenes but failed everyone in comedy track. Usually Trivikram movies are full of witty dialogs & humorous comedy. But we will miss those in the movie.

Analysis & Verdict:

Overall the movie is one of its kind. Nice family entertainer for this summer, Youth can learn many forgotten values by this movie. Especially value of father was narrated in an exceptional way. First half is a bit boring but second half of the movie is wonderful.
