‘Jilla’ is a super hit movie in Tamil, obviously if any
movie turns in to a big hit then no doubt that there will be competition for
its remake rights. So as usual our T-Wood producers tried their best to
purchase the remake rights of the movie, there are also speculations about the
lead roles in the movie such as Venkatesh-Rana, Venkatesh –Ravi Teja are going
to play the lead roles.
But all those rumors have to be shut down as the chance of
remake was gone now, because Sri Obuleswara productions bagged the dubbing rights & R.B Choudary
will present it. Some scenes in the movie will be replaced for the Telugu
audience’s convenience. Vijay & Mohan Lal are playing the lead roles, Kajal
Agarwal is the female lead. Title in Telugu version & release date will be
announced soon.
