Gopala Gopala Movie Review

New trend is going on in Telugu industry, as many multi star movies are hitting the silver screen regularly. Victory star Venkatesh is one among few stars who keep aside his star image and opting for multi star movies, after pairing up with Ram & Mahesh Babu now its turn of Power star Pawan Kalyan . They came together with a thought provoking concept as “Gopala Gopala”, directed by kishore kumar parthasani ,which is a remake of “OH MY GOD “ in Hindi. The star cast of the movie is Pawan kalyan, Venkatesh,Shreya,Mithun Chakraborthy,Posani Krishna murali ,&Deeksha panth. 



Story : 

 Gopala rao (Venkatesh) is dealer in God antiques.He doesn’t believe in God but by using the people’s faith in God, he runs his business. One day earthquake strikes the city damaging only the shop of Gapala rao. Then he looks for insurance company who intern refuses to help as it was an act of GOD and was mentioned in the agreement. Angry gopal rao file a suit against God and sent court letters to swamyji’s and religious heads. Court accepts the case and calls for hearing. The relegious heads were insulted and in turn they attack Gopaal rao , just then Krishna (Pawan Kalyan) comes for rescue and lead him in his way toward case. What happen next is the suspense and ou must watch in theater.

 Positive points: 

The main plus point of the movie was Pawan kalyan and Venkatesh. Especially Pawan kalyan was wonderful in his role. His look is quite different from other movies. Venkatesh is good as usual. The highlights of the movie are scenes between Venkatesh & pawan kalyan. The second halfof the movie is good with some humor and thought provoking dialogs.All the actors in the movie done there role required.Shreya have a few onscreen scens but she justifies it. Posani once againsuceed to keep a smile on our face. 

Negative points: 

Main negative points of the movie is elevation in the concept.The origin story OMG has a strong point and depth of the explanation in movie is more than in telugu. The movie is little bit dragged in the 1st half because of the lack elevation of the concept. This movie is 30mins more than the origin. Pawan kalyan fans will be disapointed as his entry is near to the second half ,and also fans will miss the mass element of Pawankalyan. As the movie is about religious issues,mass lovers won’t like it more. 

Overall the movie is above avarage and can be enjoyed by both Pawan & venky fans.
