Bellamkonda
Sai Srinivas made a promising entry with “Alludu
Seenu” movie. Though his first movie, he did his role with an ease. Now he
is out with his second movie, which is a official remake of Tamil super hit
movie “Sunderpandiyan” under the direction of Bhimaneni Srinivas Rao.
Story:
This story
revolves around five friends in whom Shoban(Srinivas) is one and his attitude
is to go against all odds for his friends. One of his friend loves a girl named
Vasanthi (Sonarika) in the same village. Shoban tried to help his friend for
his love, but finally ends up loving Vasanthi.
Twist in the
tale raises when Vasathi’s father (Rao ramesh) fixes his daughters marriage
with one of Shoban’s friend Jagan (Kabir Singh). Now rest of the story how
Shoban gets his love and solve all his problems.
Positive Points:
The main
plus point in the movie is that, all the five friends have a strong role to
play. It was not that kind of movie, where hero was highlighted than all. All
the five characters well designed. Hero Sai Srinivas did his best and showed
lots of development from his first movie. He did his role with an ease and
impressed in sentimental scenes.
Heroine
Sonarika looks beautiful and hot, but she didn’t got much to show her talent.
Others like hero’s friend did a good job, especially, Madhu, Srinivas and Kabir
did their best. Srinivas and Madhu handled the comedy in the movie. Antagonist
Kabir got a meaty role and impressed in a big time. First half of the movie is
bit slow but it holds all the comedy of the movie. Second half gets racy and
sentimental.
Negative Points:
Movie is
good, but it lacks the “X” factor. As the movie is about friendship, there are
no heart touching scenes among friends. This spoils the main content of the
movie. First half is bi slow and the comedy is also just ok.
Heroine is
ok but she lacks experience, which can be felt in the movie. There are also
some unnecessary scenes which in second half which spoils the pace of the
movie.
Technical Aspects:
Music of the
movie is good, and so as the background score. Songs were well shot and they look
very rich. Tamannah song is highlight of the movie. Editing is just average as
there are many scenes to be removed. Camera work also impressive.
Director
Bhemaneni Srinivas did a smart job, as he planned the movie in a different way.
He succeed to keep the movie simple, he didn’t gone for more show offs to show
hero’s heroism.
Verdict:
This is nice
movie; if first half would have some more comedy then the movie would have been
better. This is a onetime watch movie.
