Selfie Raja Movie Review

Struggling for a much needed hit Allari Naresh has came up with another comedy oriented movie “Selfie Raja”. This movie released today worldwide. Lets see how good the movie is.

Story:

Selfie Raja (Allari Naresh) is a simple man leading a normal life. He likes to take selfies. He also got married to daughter (Kamna Raunat) of city commissioner (Nageenedu). His life is going on right track and happily, when suddenly his father in laws enemy targeted Raja and  his wife.

Finally he succeeded to break their family relationship and made his life miserable. This when Raja tried to kill himself, unable to do that he hired a contract killer (Ravi Babu). In spite of Killing him the contract killer has planned something bigger for him, with his new partner. What is the plan, how does Raja managed to escape from that plan. Who is the criminal troubled Raja and his marriage life, are to be seen in the movie.

Positive Points:

The main plus points of the movie is its first half and the interval bang. Till interval movie goes on as a fun ride and people will not feel bore watching the flick. Interval twist is good. Climax of the movie is also very funny. Coming to the Hero Naresh’s acting, he is as usual good in this movie,  For Naresh these kind of movies are cake walk as he has a great experience on it.

Heroine Kama Raunaut made an impressive debut and she is also hot and beautiful. Coming to the comic character 30 Years Prudhvi proved his hardwork and managed to pull a nice work. Shakalaka Shankar also did his best. All other have given their best for the movie.

Negative Points:

After a good first half and a good interval bang director spoiled the proceedings with some unnecessary side tracks. You will feel very much boring after the first half. Song are also one of the biggest hurdles. They are just average and will irritate you with their placements.

Many scenes will seems to be unrelated to the main story will make irritated.

Technical Departments:

Music by Sai Karthik is just average and their choreography is also bad. Production values are decent, however we cannt expect much form that budget. Dialogs are good and funny. Screenplay is bad as they are very much deviating from the main story.

Coming to the director Eshwar Reddy, he did a nice tidy job, but failed in some places. Some places will make you boring and some places it will make you feel interesting. Over all his work is not that satisfactory.

Verdict:

This is not a satisfactory show from Allari Naresh, as his fans are expecting more from him. It is just a onetime watch movie.
