Garam Movie Review

After a promising debut and some few good movies Hero Adi lost his charm. Slowly his movies lost the fame and people also started forgetting. But Adi didn’t gave up things easily, he is keeping on trying to give his best. His latest movie “Garam” released today & he have lot of hopes on this movie.

Story:

Vaarala Babu (Adi) is a happy going boy, who doesn’t have a job. His childhood enemy Ravi (Chaitanya krishna) shifted to Hyderabad as he got a job. So in search of a apt job Vaarala Babu landed in Hyderabad.

Here he met Sameera (Adah Sharma) and fell in love with her. While trying to wooing her, he came across his childhood enemy Ravi, who is in a critical condition and bed ridden. Vaarala Babu also came to know that Ravi have some relation with Sameera.

Now who was behind Ravi’s condition, how does Ravi have a relation with Sameera. Does Babu succeed in winning Sameera’s love? All these will be answered in Theater.

Positive Points:

The main plus point of the movie is comedy and Hero’s mass avatar. Hero Adi improved a lot and displayed a mature acting in the movie. His hard work was clearly seen on screen. His ease in dance and style in action sequences is just getting better and better. ‘Heroine Adah Sharma didn’t got much to do as she was seen mostly in Burkha. But her glamour in songs is good so as her dance.

Villain Kabir as usual have a stunning appearance. Senior actors like Ramesh & Tanekella Bharani did their part well.

First half of the movie is quite well written with lots of comic scenes. Interval bang is also nice. Comedians Shakalaka Shankar & Madhu did a nice job.

Negative Points:

Movie’s dull script is a big minus. Except some twists whole movie is a dull drama. Songs are placed in wrong places, that to they are not so good. Heroine a big minus for the movie, she doesn’t have a good screen presence and also she was hidden in a burkah.

Brahmanandam’s role is very annoying and it has became a habit for Brahmi to select these kind rd level roles. Movie have two flashback episode, which also lacks clarity.

Technical Dept:

Production value is good, but other than that every things is just at par. Music is not so good, so as the background score. Editing is below par & also songs placement is done wrongly.

Director madan seems to have no grip and clarity on the script. Movie is seems to be just hurried. He only concentrated on heroes character and his heroism, which makes him neglect other things. His direction and screenplay are just below par.

Verdict:

Adi again seems to have selected a wrong script again. His hard work failed him and he have to wait  for one more movie to get a hit. Movie is good bit by bit, but overall it is a average thing.

It is just a onetime watch movie.
