Big Budget Is Now Big Issue In Tollywood

Now a day’s big budget movies have became common in Telugu industry. Producers are not stepping back in spending money for big stars. Neither Hero nor Director taking any step to reduce the budget knowing that their market is not enough to bring profits against the making cost. 

This is leading to huge loss for producers & distributers. Even though the movie clicks at box office it just crossing he breakeven & if it fails at box office then distributers & producers will have to suffer a lot. Best examples of the situation is Mahesh Babu’s “1 Nenokkadine” &Aagadu, these movies making charges crossed 60crs & fail to impress audience as a result distributers incurred heavy losses.

Recently “Temper” movie also suffered loss of 1 to 2crs in spite being a block buster. Reason is its budget crossed 40crs & NTR’s market is just above 40crs. Badsha is his career best of 48crs. Even Mahesh Market is around 70crs & his movie budgets are touching 70crs. SO this time he is taking special care in his recent project ‘Srimanthudu’ to control the budget around 40crs,so that producers & distributers have a chance to gain profits.

It will better for other Star heroes to make their movies below their market value & save producers & distributors from losses like Mahesh did.
