Hero Varun Tej son of Nagendra Babu debut movie in the direction of Srikanth Addala. The shooting of the movie completed except 3songs. Varun Tej tweeted " Happy Janmastami everyone....I wd like to take this special day to officailly announce the title of my debut movie...MUKUNDA". Aftter lot of counfusion from the 2 titles ' Mukunda Murari' and 'Mukunda' Varun Tej , Srikanth Addala and entire title confirmed Mukunda.
Pooja Hegde is the female lead of the movie. Srikanth Addala is the directing the movie and Nallamalapu Bujji & Tagore Madhu producing under the Banner Leo Producitons . Mickey J Mayer is composing the music. The firstlook of the movie might release in diwali.
