Manamantha Movie Review

Chandra Sekhar Yeleti won National award for “Aiethe” in regional best movie category. His new movie is “Manamantha”, which is a bilingual movie starring Mohan Lal and Gauthami in the main character. Let’s see how the movie is.

Story:

This movie also has Chandra Sekhar’s style, which means, he added the thriller essence to the whole movie. The whole movie runs around four different people. Here in “Manamantha” the four main characters are Sai Ram (Mohan Lal) is an asst manager in a super market, he is an ambitious man and always tries to get fame & good position in the job. But often falls in financial problems. Second character is of Gayatri (Gauthami), who is a simple house wife. She is very calm and loves her family very much. Third person is Abhiram (Vishwanat Dummupadi) who is a good student in college. He loves to help  others and also have a big dream in his life. Fourth and final character is of a small school girl named Mahita(raina Rao), she loves to help other at any cost.

Now the story is how their individual lives gets effected and finally how they got everything sorted out.

Positive Points:

The movies star cast in the biggest plus point and then the gripping script. Coming the star cast, Mohan Lal is at his best, this is surely an award winning performance. He carried small emotions with ease and will mesmerize you on silver screen. Gauthami also performed well in her role and proved her talented once again. Vishwanath and Raina are the two youngsters, but they walked away with the credit if good performances.

Coming to the movie, it is quite gripping and will never make you feel bore at any point. It may looks very simple but it is a thriller movie, with interesting twists in between.

Negative Points:

This is good movie so, negative part is very less, only fault of the movie is cinematography, which is very week for this kind of script. It would have been better.

As it is not a regular type of commercial movie, many will feel bore and may not like the suspense till the end.

Technical Aspects:

Dialogs are very good, Music is also very nice, especially the background score is very apt for the movie. Editing is good and holds the whole credit of the movie, as it is not a regular kind of movie, and having four different stories in the same flick and there is possibility of more mistakes.

Coming to the director Chandra Sekhar Yeleti is a brilliant director and he proved that once again. He handled the movie quite well and executed it in a nice way. His talent is getting polished with every movie and he will be one of the great directors if the does works like this.

Verdict:

This is a nice movie, with different concept. Real movie lovers will enjoy it to the most. It has the thriller element so thriller lovers will enjoy the movie. This is a must watch movie.
