People's President APJ Abdul Kalam Is No More

Our beloved former President APJ Abdul Kalam has passed away yesterday. He was giving a speech at IIM Shillong on Monday while he suddenly collapsed due to a cardiac arrest. He was then admitted in to ICU Bethany Hospital where after 2 hours he was declared dead. Whole nation is in deep shock.

APJ Abdul Kalam is not only known as a President but also as a renowned Scientist. He was widely known as “People’s  President”. In his childhood he used to work as a paper boy, later by his hard work he transformed in to a most desirable scientist in the country.

He was elected as 11^th president of our country during 2002. He sat on the president chair from 25^th July 2002 to 25^th July 2007. He worked as Chief scientific advisor of Prime  minister  & secretary of the Defense Research & Development Organization. During his lifetime he was awarded with many prestigious awards, among them Bharat Ratna, Padma Bhushan & Padma Vibhushan are prestigious one.

His death is a great loss to our country.
