Bahubali Telugu Movie Review

Finally the most awaiting movie of the year “Bahubali- The beginning” is here. Fans are going crazy for this flick. Advance bookings have been completed nearly for three days. Lets see how the movie is.

Story:-

Shivudu (Prabhas) is a youngster with some special skills who brought up by some native villagers. One fine day during his adventures he spots Avantika(Tamanna) and falls in love with her.

As he spent more time with her, he comes to know that she and her group are trying to rescue the royal princes Devasena (Anushka) from the evil clutches of Bhalaladeva (Rana). Shivudu joined hands with Avanitka and enters the Mahishmati Kingdom.

As soon as he lands there, he comes to know that he has a past associated with both Mahishmati and Bhalaladeva. What is that past ? What does Shivudu have to do with Mahishmati ? Who is Shivudu in real life. To know answers to these questions, you need to watch the film on the big screen. 

Performances:-

This story is completely performance oriented one. All the lead actors & supporting actors have to play vital roles for this movie which they did to the maximum. First one to talk about is Ramya Krishna, to prise her we just can use one work “Wow”. She is just very good in her character.

Then comes Prabhas, his two shades as Amarendra Bahubali & Shivudu are well balanced. He also did a Fab job in both the characters. His huge figure is a plus point for action episodes. However we cannot ignore his acting skills as they are just wonderful.

Rana Daggubati in the movie looks more fierce than Bahubali. His body is way big than Prabhas & his acting is just unmatchable to anyone. He also looks apt for action sequences.

Tamannah Bhatia have larger screen space than Anushka. She looks as beautiful as ever. Her beauty was just doubled & tripled in this movie. Her performance is also appreciable one.

Other actors like Nazar, Satyadev are seniors & we can just praise their acting without judging them.

Negative Points:-

Nothing there is in the movie we can call as Minus, but as it is a epic story with war backdrop, many Hollywood lovers can feel some boring as they usually watch Hollywood epic battle movies.

Technical Aspects:-

As this movie is technically a wonder we cannot praise just some of the technical persons. It’s a works of complete unity. All the technicians gave their 200% for this flick & now the result can be seen by all.

But we have to praise some of them like MM Keeravani's music and background score, KK Senthil Kumar's brilliant camera work, Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao's editing, Peter Hein's choreography of action and war scenes, Sabu Cyril's art direction, Rama Rajamouli's costumes and V Srinivas Mohan's VFX work are the main life of this movie.

Here comes the Brain & heart of this epic Rajamouli & his father Vijayendra Prasad. Where vijayandra Prasad created the characters, Rajamouli make them alive with his sky beyond imaginations.

Verdict & Analysis:-

This movie is way beyond imagination of Indian film industry. Its execution  is one which we have to talk about. We can write any sort of historical back ground stories but executing those are a tough job, here Rajamouli did his best in showing them on screen. First half of the movie is very colorful with green mountains, & huge waterfalls. Nearing to interval it slowly reveals some twist & after interval means the post interval movie is just mind blowing.

From the interval top climax movie goes in a brisk speed. Last 45mins of war sequences will show the stamina of our Indian VFX. 

Over all this movie is just worth watching many times. It’s a master piece of perfection.
