Story :
Like many horror movies this movie also
revolves around haunted soul of a women. Mayuri (Nayantara) is a single mother
who works as a junior artist.
Meanwhile she came to know about a movie
which is getting immense popularity & she decided to watch that movie. But
when she saw the movie to her shock the movie resembles to her past life.
What is that film? What did she saw in
it? Who is the haunted soul? To know
watch the movie.
Positive Points :
First thing first, the main character of
the movie which carried the whole movie is Nayantara. She acted brilliantly in
the movie & steal the show. Her two shades of a fearful mother & ghost
were perfectly characterized & executed well.
First 20 mins of the movie was good &
also the interval bang. Second half of the movie is full of horror scenes which
will move you to edge of seats.
Negative Points :
Some unnecessary dragging scenes were there in the movie which spoiled the tempo. Nayantara’s appearance in second half would have been expanded. Climax was good but a bit dragged.
Technical Dept :
In technical department main credit goes to
background scorer Roh Ethan Yoohan. He gave some fantastic background score
which elevated the movie in to next level. Ashwin Saravanan’s direction &
screenplay were amazing but there were some places to be worked more.
Production values were good & camera
works also impressive. Editing depart would have be more effective as there
were many unnecessary scenes.
Verdict :
Overall it is the best horror movie in past
few years. Spooky scenes were taken well which will surely make you shiver.
