Allari Naresh the known comedy hero of T-wood is struggling
a lot to get a hit after his movie “Sudigadu”. His latest try for success is
released as ‘Bandhipotu’. He has lots of hope on this movie. Classical director
Mohana Krishna Indraganti directed thismovie. Let’s see how the movie turned
out.
Concept:
Viswanath (Allari Naresh) met a girl named Jahnavi (Eesha)
who gives him a job to complete. Actually Naresh is a thief and he have to rob
three persons (Rao Ramesh, Posani, Thanikela Bharani) as they cheated Jahnavi’s
Father Subhalekha Sudhakar. To teach a lesson to the above Trio he takes the
help of his sidekick Tellabbayi(Sampoornesh Babu)
Performances:
Allari Naresh as a thief gave his 100% to the movie. His
acting in intelligent play to cheat the villains was good to watch. As the
movie is lacking enough comedy Allari Naresh was unused to the muchextent. Heroine
Eesha is good & did enough for her character. Sampoornesh Babu has a small
part to play but he satisfied to that extent & finally the senior trio Rao
Ramesh, Posani & Thanikella Bharani did their best as they always do.
Technical dept:
Indraganti is a classical director & he showed that
talent with his trademark scenes in the movie. This classic talent killed the
comedy factor of the movie & in which Naresh was known for. Music by
Kalyani Koduri is just average but the filming of the songs are good.
Cinematography is good. Editing of 1st half is well trimmed but the
second was bit dragged.
Analysis:
The movie starts with Indraganti’s style and carries on with
Allari Naresh style. The humors are clean without much double meaning. Till the
break movie runs at a decent pace and entertain audiences. But the start of
second half spoiled the movie. All the humors scenes are replaced by politics
scenes. Director mainly concentrated on revenge of hero and kept aside the
comedy track. People expect a blast of comedy when there was Naresh in the
movie. But they were disappointed.
This may not please the lover’s of mass comedy. The movie
would have been good if it was planned with some other actor rather than
Naresh. Overall the movie is a onetime watch. If you are planning to see Naresh
with full of comedy punches & paradies then better to skip this movie.
